Pumpkin Bread

From the kitchen of Jeanette MarcAurele:

Mix together & set aside:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Separately mix together:
4 eggs (beaten)
2 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
1 1/4 cups oil
(optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or raisins)

Mix dry ingredients and second mixture together thoroughly. Pour into two greased bread pans & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then add a layer of vanilla frosting to the top of each loaf. Cool until bread is ready to be removed from pans & enjoy!
